Pricing and Payments

Prices are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT. They are in United Kingdom pounds sterling. All our online payments are made through a third party WorldPay (part of the Bank of Scotland) or PayPal. We do not have access to or store your credit card details.

Confirmation of Order

We will confirm your order by Email immediatly on receipt, please check the delivery address is correct.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time until the goods are despatched. We will inform you of despatch by Email. We will refund your payment in full if you cancel before despatch.

Returns Policy and Guarantee

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please contact us. If you are not happy in any way with the product, just return the product for a full refund within 30 days. (except GoutCare see below).

We will then provide a full product refund including VAT (if applicable) within 30 days of receiving the returned product. You are responsible for ensuring that goods returned are received by us in good condition. Carriage costs for returning the goods are your responsibility.

In addition if you are returning GoutCare under our "Anytime Guarantee" the goods returned must be received by us in as new condition with all seals intact, except any used bottle(s). Carriage costs for dispatch and returning the Goods are your responsibility.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. This policy applies to all countries.

Delivery Information

Goods will normally be despatched within one working day by either Royal Mail or a Carrier as selected when you place your order. Actual delivery times will depend upon the Royal Mail service selected or the Carrier.
