I have owned a meter before, but replaced it with Goutcare Meter Kit. It is very good, but watch the video before using it, I didn't and wasted about 5 strips.

The test meter is easy to use and the results seem to be inline with NHS lab results . The tests strips are quite expensive and unfortunately they don't keep for long once the pack is opened .

Received the meter kit promptly from ordering. I read the instructions thoroughly before attempting to use the kit which was a good thing, particularly noting the emphasized points. First run was 100%, and now very familiar to carry out, becomes second nature very quickly. Ensure you have enough blood in the droplet so when the blood is drawn into the test strip there should be blood left when the countdown to the reading commences. Too little blood will give a false reading. Overall, delighted with this kit and would recommend to anyone thinking of it.

Quick and easy way to keep track of you uric acid levels etc. Not sure if it's accurate but it will track a trend of rising or lowering levels.
